Special Note for WESNET Members

WESNET Members are entitled to a further 20 per cent discount on the NGO ticket price. The promotion code will be emailed to all financial WESNET members before the end of June 2017.  If you wish to access the promo code prior to receiving the email please contact us at techsafety@wesnet.org.au detailing your organisations name so we can check your membership status and provide you with your discount code.

All registrations include:

  • Attendance at all conference sessions (Thursday 26 and Friday 27 October 2017)
  • Morning tea, buffet lunch, and afternoon tea as per the conference program
  • Conference satchel and contents

Cancellation and Alteration Policy

All alterations or cancellations must be made in writing and will be acknowledged by post, facsimile or e-mail.

An administration fee of $25.00 will be charged to any participant cancelling before 12 October 2017. All cancellations received after 12 October 2017 will be required to pay full registration fees. Substitute delegates will be accepted.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include personal travel insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that when registering for the conference and booking travel, a travel insurance policy is taken out to cover loss, cancellation and/or medical cover for any reason. No responsibility will be taken for any delegate failing to insure.
