All alterations or cancellations must be made in writing and will be acknowledged by post or e-mail.

An administration fee of $25.00 will be charged to any participant cancelling before 25th April 2020. All cancellations received after 25th April 2020 will be required to pay full registration fees. Substitute delegates will be accepted.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include personal travel insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that when registering for the conference and booking travel, a travel insurance policy is taken out to cover loss, cancellation and/or medical cover for any reason. No responsibility will be taken for any delegate failing to insure.
